Account Supervisor
APartnership is an award-winning Asian American advertising agency based in New York. Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities will be to lead key accounts in strategy, planning and day-to-day operations in an effort to deliver on client objectives and mine growth opportunities. As such, we seek an action-oriented problem solver with an inclination to think outside the box to encourage progressive dialogue.
Specifically, you will:
- Serve as the clients’ trusted partner, and provide expertise on in-language markets
- Craft and present POVs on Asian-specific messaging strategies, creative rotations, target nuances, website frameworks, competitive analysis, and more
- Lead all production elements for offline and online channels (TV, digital, radio, print, OOH, website) and manage Account Executives along full process, from creative development to tactical media execution
- Oversee tasks such as budgets, production schedules, client approvals
- Brief creative and media teams on campaign needs, ensuring campaigns are set up for success
- Collaborate effectively with partner agencies, including leading weekly calls and updating status reports
- Support direct reports for professional growth
- Contribute to agency marketing and new business pitches
To be successful, an ideal candidate will be:
- Experienced in account management at an advertising agency (5-7 years) and hold a Bachelor’s Previous experience managing a team preferred.
- Proactive, with a strong work ethic: Self-starter with proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven Thrives on exceeding expectations, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure excellence. Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight in a small agency environment.
- Passionate & curious: Demonstrated affinity and passion for multicultural marketing, especially for Asian communities. Not afraid to ask questions or challenge norms.
- Organized and action-oriented: Meticulous, with an eye for accuracy and Enjoys paying attention to detail.
- A critical thinker and strong communicator: Able to think ahead and across multiple Adept at crafting narratives in written/presentation form, and comfortable presenting. Emotionally intelligent and able to communicate effectively with diverse personalities.
